XiGoal was founded on a simple belief: great ergonomic support should be accessible to everyone, not just corner offices. Since 2014, our engineering team has spent over a decade refining spinal support technology in partnership with occupational health researchers — building chairs trusted by more than 1,000,000 customers across China and now North America.

Our journey began with a problem. Too many people were spending 8–10 hours a day in chairs that looked professional but performed poorly. We obsessed over lumbar pressure maps, mesh tensile data, and armrest geometry — and the result is the McKenzie lumbar system that now sits at the core of everything we build.
